- Maintain solutions on Azure and Microsoft 365
- Maintain hybrid solutions (Exchange: cloud + server; Active directory: Azure Entra ID + AD on premise)
- Manage ARaymond Microsoft technical support level 2
- Transfer unsolved requests/issues to the support level 3
- Review the technical updates in Microsoft roadmap to anticipate the changes coming
- Maintain and roll out new sites/plants on Microsoft Teams Telephony
- Manage the requests to create new Azure Resources and to add new app registration
- Develop and run scripts on PowerShell
- Communicate closely with our IT team about the new design, the issues met, and the improvements that could be made.
- Train and transfer knowledge internally
- At least 3-5 years' experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies such as Azure and M365.
- Expert-level skills in modern authentication identity and access management, service security, information protection and identity-driven security
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft 365 collaboration services (M365, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and others)
- Advance-level in Teams telephony implementation.
- Experience in PowerShell scripting
- Desirable to have experience in Power platform administration
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize appropriately
- Strong troubleshooting skills and positive attitude. You are willing to take on challenges and have a can-do mindset
- Strong Communication skills are necessary to convey ideas to other communities and stakeholders
- Team player and willingness to acquire new knowledge
- Fluent in English written and spoken

You will be involved in the ARaymond transformation toward modern and cloud M365 applications.
