This position is in the "IT" team and is available for immediate appointment.

What you will do
As part of our 7-person IT team, your responsibilities will include:

Operation and conceptual development of the virtualization environment based on VMWare ESX and VMWare Horizon
Support colleagues in the data center operations: IT backend and infrastructure area
Support, maintenance and further development of existing Microsoft Exchange Cluster environment
User support in the areas of user and mail account management
Optimization of internal IT processes in technical terms (including SAP)
Administration, configuration in the network environment, especially when setting up an extensive security architecture
Administration and further development of the server landscape (Windows Server, Linux)

What you bring to the table

You have successfully obtained a university degree, e.g. in the field of computer science, or you have completed your vocational training as an IT specialist with relevant professional experience.
You also have experience in dealing with:
Administration and management of the server landscape (Windows Server, Linux)
Virtualized platforms (VMware / Horizon)
Storage
Microsoft Active Directory including group policies
Current technologies in networking (WLAN/ VLAN/ QOS/ VoIP)
In addition, you have a good command of English.
Social skills, the ability to work in a team, communication skills and service orientation are prerequisites for this position.
