Who you are:

You have 35 years of work experience in fastpaced environments and a strong track record of supporting senior leaders or executives
You have strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
You have experience in coordinating internal communication and internal events
You are fluent/native in English, both verbal and written. Fluency in German is a plus.
You understand that Executive work requires operational excellence and you always thrive to achieve this.
You understand priority/urgency and are able to reorganize appropriately.
You show ownership and responsibility of your problem space.

What you'll do:

You will partner closely with our CEO on various business projects and initiatives.
You will coordinate and communicate with various internal and external stakeholders.
You will manage complex calendars and scheduling requirements for the CEO, as well as managing CEO's inboxes.
You will act as the first point of contact for the CEO and coordinate requests within the organization.
You will organize and attend meetings for/with the CEO and follow up on action items.
