Your new responsibilities:

  • Functional und disciplinary Group Lead for Team of Test Managers of the High Voltage Box as well as functional leading for a group of Test Managers worldwide
  • Disciplinary lead, staffing according to project needs and development of the group members
  • Responsibility for global Test Management and representation of projects as needed in management meetings internally and with customers
  • Check the schedule, cost and progress of multiple development projects and support projects in the evaluation and selection of test planning
  • Reporting and continuous optimization and improvement of the processes in the organizational unit
  • Support the High Voltage Box product generation planning and support technical acquisition in terms of test management of HV Boxes
  • Interdisciplinary cooperation and lead of test development High Voltage Box, buildup support of test management skills in other development and test locations

Your qualification:


  • Academic degree in electrical engineering or similar
  • Longterm professional experience in automotive sector and technical background in highvoltage automotive electronics (especially system test management and collaboration with interfaces hardware as well as software test)
  • Several years functional and disciplinary leadership experience
  • Good knowledge in project management, insights in requirements and test management and knowledge of ASPICE compliant development and AGILE development approach
  • Fluent German and English language and negotiation skills
  • Selfinitiative working style & coaching, mentoring and motivational skills
  • Customer and quality orientation
  • Intercultural experience
