Product Business Systems Specialist (M/F/d):

Location:
Maisach

The Product Business Systems Specialist provides business knowledge and support to TTI's product organization through working on development of purchasing systems and implementation of improvement programs.

The position also supports as a technical contact for the functionality of developed purchasing systems.

Your responsibilities include:

Assistance, coordination & support for the Product department on purchasing program projects and the purchasing system & processes in general
Works with a crossfunctional team thus managing projects, workload, and timelines in a manner to deliver results
Provides data gathering for project design and implementation to improve effectiveness, asset quality, productivity, and profitability
Helps with design and specifications for purchasing improvement programs
Analyses the most effectiveness for smart purchasing enhancements
Teaches & trains the new enhancements for purchasing systems
Keeps product business systems projects on track as assigned

What you bring to us:

University degree or apprenticeship in a related field or equivalent jobrelated experience
Previous purchasing and/or project management experience is preferred
Analytical, problem solving and structural skills
Ability to work in teams with minimum supervision
Business skills for planning and working on projects on a crossdepartmental basis
Ability to work in a fast paced, high transaction environment with strong organizational, attention to detail and multitasking skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills
