About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Head of Sourcing EAS (Ericsson Antenna System) in Rosenheim. In this role, you will drive sustainable product cost reductions and secure customer value and satisfaction. You will develop the sourcing organization and drive supply chain efficiency.

The Head of Sourcing manages the respective units' performance, working towards sourcing targets, approved and aligned with relevant stakeholders.

The position will be based in Rosenheim, Germany reporting to the Head of Operations EAS.

Leading a global sourcing team
Managing a global supplier base
Further globalization of sourcing activities
Drive strategic value of sourcing through continuous benchmarking and implementation of bestinclass practices
Collaborate with other executives and develop strategies to achieve agreed financial and operational goals
Continuously optimize sourcing processes and related metrics
Work closely with logistics/supply chain management to optimize inventory levels and delivery capabilities (including working capital considerations)
Lead and develop the sourcing team; drive bestinclass sourcing capabilities across the sourcing organization
Further integrate sourcing into Ericsson processes

You will bring the following knowledge and experience:

Profound international/global sourcing knowledge with at least 10 years of experience
Experience in transitioning sourcing/supply chains to a global structure
Understanding of technology, industry structure, potential global supply base as well as a competitor supply base
Experience in consolidating fragmented supply bases into an optimized global supply base to optimize buying power while reducing the cost of the sourcing process
Ability to simplify complex issues, focus on the essentials and assess situations from the next higher perspective, quickly identify relevant relationships and interdependencies and build effective teams and create a team culture, promote and develop innovative solutions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as excellent leadership capabilities to build highperforming teams
Strong negotiation skills and very good market knowledge
Proficiency in written and spoken English language
