Customer Service Specialist (M/F/d).
In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer service excellence for the assigned sales channel and customer portfolio to achieve strategic sales goals in the respective territories.
You will work closely with the sales, finance, delivery, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure a smooth process from order to delivery.
The story begins:
- Providing information to customers in your assigned area related to their orders, stock availability, and/or specific reports
- Manage your order book by recording, managing and monitoring all types of orders
- Support the seasonal launch setting up and exchanging needed style and price master data with your customers and sales at the right point in time
- Prepare and review all data needed to execute the proper delivery of your seasonal order book.
- Reach monthly and yearly shipping targets by following up on deliveries, taking corrective actions, and finding best solutions with all required parties when required
- Monitoring claims and electronic receipts for errors and correcting these using the provided tools and processes
- Dispatch sample deliveries to customers
Your proven path:
- Business / Commercial training or equivalent skills. Professional experience of multiple years in a sales operations / customer service environment
- IT Skills
- You are selfsufficient working with Office 365 tools and understand working within an ERP environment (Experience with SAP is a plus)
- Communication
- You can listen and say information clearly when you speak or write. You can independently identify possible issues and you proactively initiate communication with customers or colleagues. Teamwork

- You are fluent in English / if you speak dutch or any Nordic or Baltic languages is a plus
