As Head of Customer Solutions, you are responsible for leading and managing a team of software developers responsible for developing and maintaining our 'Official VIP' e-commerce solution based on Spryker.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the team follows best practices for software development, delivering high-quality code, and meeting project deadlines.

You will work in an open-minded, cross-functional and solution-oriented team culture of people loving (e-)sports.

Tasks

  • Lead and manage a team of software developers responsible for developing and maintaining our 'Official VIP' ecommerce solution based on Spryker
  • Ensure that the team follows best practices for software development, including code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration and delivery
  • Work closely with the product owner to understand the requirements and scope of the project and translate them into technical specifications for the team
  • Collaborate with other teams, to ensure that the ecommerce solutions meet the requirements and integrates with connected systems to support automated endtoend processes
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for the software development process, including architecture, design, and implementation details
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them develop their skills and grow in their careers
  • Assessment, management and integration of external service providers and freelancers for peak demand

Requirements:


  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on PHP based ecommerce solutions
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, leading and managing a team of software developers
  • Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration and delivery
  • Experience with ecommerce solutions based on Spryker is a clear advantage
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • You are enthusiastic about software development to provide a premium class customer experience and have a high degree of quality
  • You are fluent in English, German is a nice to have
