Responsibilities:


  • Provide deep technical expertise to a portfolio of high impact workforce analytics initiatives. Identify the optimal sets of data, models, training, and testing techniques required for successful solution delivery on workforce analytics.
  • Work on significant and unique issues where analysis of business situations or people data requires an evaluation of intangible variables and may impact future concepts, products or technologies.
  • Design and build predictive models, classifiers, and recommendation systems to enhance business performance related to workforce and organization data.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, AI technologies, and visualization tools to enhance methodologies for workforce analytics practices.
  • Communicate complex findings and technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders through visualizations, presentations, and reports.
  • Partner with business leaders, domain experts, and endusers to gain business understanding, data understanding, and collect requirements.
  • Manage external vendors in the execution of parts of the workforce analytics development process.
  • Use programming languages including but not limited to Python, R, SQL, Java or Scala, working in cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and all its services and ecosystem.
  • Responsible for virtual team management across the globe.
Your qualification

  • A master's degree in computer science, engineering, data analytics, mathematics, statistics or similar
  • At least 46 years of relevant working experience, ideally in workforce/HR/people analytics or any other business analytics area
  • Communicating complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders effectively
  • Multitasking and operating effectively in a fastpaced, clientoriented environment
  • Problemsolving and analytical thinking, with a strong attention to detail
  • Working collaboratively in a matrix organization, managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills, who showcases credibility and excels in a collaborative setting
  • Proven ability to work across structured, semistructured, and unstructured data, extracting information and identifying linkages across disparate data sets
  • High proficiency in at least one programming language
  • JavaScript, R, Python, Scala or Java
  • Experience with tools such as Excel, Power Point and Power Bl; Tableau, SQL is desired
  • Good experience and interest in Cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and all its services and ecosystem
  • Experience in traditional data warehousing / ETL tools Knowledge of Japanese language would be added advantage
