Customer Service Representative Middle East (m/w/d)

In the Customer Service department at the Heidelberg site

Your Responsibilities

You look after and support our international customers in the Middle East region
You create calculations and offers
You process document requests
You coordinate and process customer projects in cooperation with the field service and internal departments
You enter and change master data according to specifications
You provide support in receivables management and customer agreements/contracts

Your profile

You have successfully completed your studies or commercial training with professional experience, ideally in sales or customer service
You convince us with very good knowledge of English & Arabic, knowledge of German is an advantage
You have good MS Office skills and ideally knowledge of SAP SD & Sales Force
You have very good organizational and coordination skills
You are characterized by your confident and friendly demeanor, as well as your negotiating skills and your reliability
You have a high degree of selfmotivation and a resultsoriented way of working
