We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst (Fund Accountant) to join our Real Estate Accounting team.

This role is located in Frankfurt, Hessen, Germany

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Reports and analyzes fund revenues, expense allocation, budgeting, cash allocation and other key components of Real Estate Funds
  • Work extensively and collaboratively with clients to communicate fund expense and performance information regarding complex funds, answering and raising questions
  • Reviews fund data and monitors fund compliance with regulatory, BNYMellon and client specifications, contributing and providing recommendations in developing process changes to improve processes.
  • Preparation of data for inclusion in board of directors reporting, liaising with Auditors (Internally and Externally) where information is required.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required, CPA preferred.
  • 57 years of total work experience preferred, experience in Real Estate Fund Accounting preferred but not essential
  • Growth mindset and a team player with good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
