With over
€200 million in revenue, our client is Germany's leader of Outdoor Advertising and part of the largest advertising group in the world.

As the scope of the business expands - with green initiatives, the creation of an advertising platform, social integrations - they're seeking to grow their data function with a new
Director of Data.

In this position, you'll lead a direct team of 4 Managers and a Deputy Head of Data with dozens of indirect reportees.

Together you will define
data
strategy companywide and create Machine Learning and Analytics projects to drive growth.

You'll work with a broad range of stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Product and directly report to the
CEO allowing for
fast
project
turnarounds.

Successful applicants will have:

Experience in
leadership and
management of Data teams, along with hands on experience in Data Science/Analytics
Confident in
Data
visualisation tools e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
Expertise in
Machine
learning projects e.g. internal process optimisation
Fluent in
German and
English
