Tasks:

Your responsibilities include processing whistleblower system tips, conducting internal investigations, and working within the framework of the companywide compliance risk assessment.
You assist with the upkeep of the whistleblower system, the processing of tips, and communication with the whistleblower.
You will prepare and participate in appraisal interviews, compile factual analyses, and review data and documents as part of internal investigations.
In statements and reports, you present your results precisely and in an understandable manner.
You contribute to the development and implementation of compliance risk assessments, as well as the recording and evaluation of compliance hazards.
You establish and support the execution of essential measures based on the findings of investigations and risk assessments.
You will be involved in the development of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

You have a degree in economics or law, or you are a business lawyer.
You have 25 years of relevant professional experience in internal investigations or compliance risk assessment, especially at an international company, an auditing firm, or a specialist law practise.
You have high professional and ethical standards, as well as the capacity to handle sensitive material.
You are a team player who can also operate independently.
Take pleasure in working in an international setting.
Readiness to travel up to 30% of the time in Germany and abroad
Excellent understanding of German and English (spoken and written); additional languages would be advantageous.
