Are you passionate about event management and creating memorable experiences? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where you can showcase your audience engagement skills in front of 1,000+ people? If so, sennder has an exciting opportunity for you We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Event Moderator and Coordinator for our Summer Camp 2023 in Apulia, Italy, where the whole company will gather for a couple of days from all across Europe.

This summer internship position is based in Berlin from August until the end of September, with the actual event taking place in Apulia in Sep 20-23.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be the focal point of our main stage, ensuring a smooth execution for all speakers and an engaging atmosphere overall.
Collaborate with the event team to plan, organize, and coordinate logistics, ensuring all aspects of the event run seamlessly.
Interact with attendees, speakers, and external guests, fostering meaningful connections and ensuring their needs are met throughout the event.
Prepare and deliver engaging introductions, transitions, and closing remarks, adding your unique style and flair to captivate the audience.

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE

Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Big Plus: Proficiency in video creation and editing, leveraging your creative skills to produce compelling content to enrich your stage performance.
Highly organized and detailoriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Must be based in Berlin, available to travel to Apulia, Italy from the 20th to the 23rd of September.

Note:
