Director, Life Science

As a

In this role you will:

Lead a team of Cost Managers, Schedulers and Project Control Specialists, with responsibility for ensuring the delivery of the project to the highest technical standards
Manage project costs, timelines and logistics for the European Life Sciences project portfolio, implementing value engineering and ensuring projects are delivered on time and with value for money
Collaborate closely with project teams to implement tools and methodologies that ensure ongoing progress reporting and risk management
Use your business development skills to engage new clients as well as repeat projects with existing clients through partnership and trust

We would love to hear from you if you:

Have grown your experience within client and engineering design organisations in the Life Sceinces sector over the last years
Have demonstrated experience across cost, schedule and risk control
Have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar discipline
Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
Are detail oriented and quality focused
Have a passion for building your team and developing and encouraging your employees
Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
