Aufgaben:


  • In your position, you are responsible for conducting and managing financial planning, forecasting, and coordinating project cash flow as well as variance analysis.
  • You ensure the quality of all commercial and financial project guidelines in accordance with thyssenkrupp policies and are accountable for data integrity between systems.
  • Additionally, you are responsible for supporting the project manager in identifying and evaluating risks and opportunities, strategies, and countermeasures.
  • Furthermore, you support the project manager in managing and optimizing the desired financial results with due professional care (e.g. project gross profit, cash flow, assets, and financing instruments).
  • You implement and drive measures together with the project manager to take advantage of opportunities to improve project performance and ensure project quality based on achieving project objectives.
  • You also ensure consistent business terms with suppliers/subcontractors in accordance with the end customer contract.
  • In addition to coordinating contractual requirements (e.g. performance guarantees, insurance, taxes, bonds) to fulfill contractual obligations, you also provide reports to thyssenkrupp.

Profil:


  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in economics with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling; alternatively, you have completed comparable training with relevant professional experience.
  • Preferably, you have already worked for several years in financial management of projects or in product management.
  • Applications from industrial engineers or project managers with an affinity for numbers and a very good understanding of financial systems will also be considered.
  • Personally, you convince with your good conceptual and analytical skills, your own initiative and selfmotivation.
  • You define yourself as a team player and have good presentation skills in English (min. C1) and German (min. B1).
  • Good MS-Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel & Power Point), SAP knowledge and the willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%) complete your profile.
