YOUR TASKS:
Customer service

YOUR PROFILE:

You have completed vocational training as a forwarding merchant and have relevant professional experience in the transport industry - also career changers.

You are able to work under pressure and have good assertiveness.

You have great organisational skills, maintain an overview and can coordinate well.

You are flexible and have good negotiating skills. Your communication skills are excellent.

very good knowledge of English or an Eastern European language is required
