The Opportunity:

Critical decisions are made every single day in our government.

What if you could use your CI/HUMINT and I2 experience and skills to help them make informed decisions? With all the information available today, it takes a skilled planner to know how to assist their client with critical decision-making.

As a counterintelligence planner, you use your specialized expertise and your attention to detail to review, process, and coordinate DoD CI/I2 plans, policies, and directives.

You'll support the government with drafting CI/I2 plans and operations proposals, including orders, planning, requirements, and tasking documents.

If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to make an impact on the command staff.


As a counterintelligence I2 planner, you will conduct administrative counterintelligence (CI) liaison with Military organizations, command offices, components, and partner agencies to provide guidance for Biometrics, Forensics, and DOMEX.

You'll coordinate and synchronize U.S. Military collection activities against U.S. European Command priorities and CI/HUMINT strategic objectives related to Identity Intelligence.

You Have:


  • Experience with Identity Intelligence, Biometrics, Forensics, and DOMEX
  • Experience with Human Signature Exploitation
  • Experience with drafting policy, task orders, and other command coordination
  • Experience with Africa AORs and NATO
  • Experience with working in a Joint Combatant Command environment
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience with supporting counterintelligence activity and analysis, Master's degree and 3+ years of experience with supporting counterintelligence activity and analysis, or 10+ years of experience with supporting counterintelligence activity and analysis in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:


  • Experience with Military organizations Biometrics Efforts in OSI, NCIS, or ACI
  • Experience with component biometrics, forensics, and DOMEX efforts
  • Experience in interacting with Allied Partners and Allied Organizations
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Biometrics Security Professional and Biometrics Security Engineer Certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $73,000.00 to $166, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package fo
