Position Summary:

Analyzes supplier and/or customer data regarding ordering and/or delivery of parts and provisioning products or related services. Analyzes and processes material returned from customers. Analyzes customer parts requirement inquiries, facilitates responses and resolves delivery problem. Maintains customer relationships. Develops an understanding of customer's culture and business strategies.


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Reviews customer purchase orders to assess requirements
  • Process and maintain customer purchase orders (e.g., order entry, etc.) inputting in the ERP system and portal management
  • Interacts with the different positions and other functions within the organization, such as Sales and Quality to ensure that orders are resolved in an acceptable time frame
  • Prioritizes orders with issues based on required ship date and performs analysis on whether orders can proceed without additional input
  • Performs research in the ERP system to potentially resolve order issues
  • Reviews and actions open orders that are pending resolution
  • For all critical orders, ensures timeliness of shipment through internal coordination and liaison with other functional stakeholders
  • Monitors / Expedites orders with high complexity and urgency
  • Resolves customer claims with functional departments (Accounting, Quality Assurance, etc.), Credit & Rebill, RMA process, determine root cause, recommend and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain Pipeline health on part usage/demand on existing contract, program, etc. in collaboration with Customer, Sales, Planner, etc.
  • This position will have interaction and cooperation with our warehouse teams at all relevant sites
  • This position is responsible to support, review and submit invoices
  • Reviewing invoice clearance in local language
  • Supporting general management of contracts from endtoend
  • Responsible for ordering office supplies and replenishment
  • Responsible for filing documentations and retention of certain documents
  • Supporting international and national projects as required
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • 2-4 years of related work experience
  • Experience in Program Management and/or Customer Support
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a very fastfaced environment with a high degree of accuracy
  • Team collaboration and a high degree of flexibility and resilience
  • Ability to effectively multitask
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

Education:
Associate Degree or higher in Business or related field of study (preferred)

  • Aerospace experience (preferred)
