Thinkproject is a European market-leader in digitalisation tools for construction companies.

It sounds complex, but we'll explain further Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project).

Using our construction intelligence solutions, businesses can go digital, which benefits everyone from the construction companies to the wider public.

Our mission is to deliver digitalisation to make a safer, healthier and more sustainable AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations) industry.

This is a really exciting time to join our company, since our founding in 2000 we have gone from strength-to-strength and have lots of exciting developments coming up soon that you could be a part of.

What your day will look like

Together with the team, you are responsible for our operational accounting for the holding company and the largest operating company of the Thinkproject Group.
You will take care of checking and posting incoming and outgoing invoices
You support the booking of intercompany invoices and allocations
You participate in the preparation of payments
You support monthly and annual financial statements (HGB/IFRS)
You are the contact person (M/F/d) for specialist departments when clarifying transactions
Together with the team you support the optimization of our process landscape and are involved in growth topics and projects

What you need to fulfill the role

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of accounting
Successfully completed commercial training, ideally further training as a financial accountant or balance sheet accountant
Ability to work independently and a high degree of selfmanagement coupled with a structured approach to work and independent action

- "Hands-On" mentality as well as enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment

Ability to work in a team as well as very good communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
