This internship lasts between 3 or 6 months

Either 01. April September 2024 OR 01. May July 2024**Your opportunity as
INTERN - SPORTSMARKETING & TICKETMANAGEMENT (F/M/D) includes the support of the project managers in the successful execution of ticket and guest management operations. You will actively maintain ticket orders and datasets, communicate with market contacts as well as structure reports in high quality for ongoing corporate ticketing contracts for our partner adidas in the field of major global sport events (focus on UEFA EURO 2024) and sports marketing in general. Furthermore, you will act as an interface between the adidas Central and the UEFA EURO 2024 adidas global Ticketing Team and coordinate various inqueries efficiently and devise appropriate solutions.
- **Support** our project team in their daily ticket & guest management business.

Manage & execute** ticketing operations.

Review & manage event ticket orders.

Maintain ticket holder data.

Assist in event ticket distribution processes.

Create reports on a regular basis to keep all stakeholders updated.

Draft &
maintain project plans, timelines, internal and external presentations and documentations.

Independently manage** assigned project areas.

Experienced. You are at least in the second semester of your studies, ideally in either marketing, economics, sports management or similar.

. You have fun to focus on details & data

Software affinity
. You enjoy working with numbers and are proven experienced in Microsoft Excel

. You are able to work in a high pressured environment & are willing to work on weekends during the UEFA EURO 2024 tournament
- ** Communicative
. You have good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Language. German (excellent), English (excellent)

Team player. You enjoy working in a team, but also are capable to work self-organized and structured.
