Our client is a historic Italian brand and one of the most well-known global fashion houses. With a network in 120 countries, this brand is best known for its bright colours and culture - care for the environment, business and ethics.

MISSION

As a Jr. HR Business Partner DACH, your primary responsibilities will include acting as the point of contact for employee relations issues and other HR topics, providing guidance and training. You will also work closely with the HR Manager DACH and other colleagues supporting them on various projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and manage recording systems and ad hoc evaluations:

Proactively taking part in improvements initiatives:

Interacting with different departments as well as supporting other HR Administrative activities:

Supporting HR Manager DACH on various projects including training, hr controlling and others

REQUIREMENTS

At least two years of professional experience in a similar role:

Passion for the industry:

-
Experience working with payroll systems such as Datev:

Fluent in German and good knowledge of English:

Excellent and up-to-date knowledge of German tax and social security law

Salary: 40,000.00€ - 60,000.00€ per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
