- an Airbus Services Company (100% subsidiary of Airbus) is looking for a
Secretary/Assistant (d/f/m) to the Executive Team to join our HR/People & Workplace Team in
Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel at the earliest possible start date.


As a member of the SATAIR Fuhlsbüttel executive office, you support mainly the Global Head of People in Workplace and additionally the CFO of SATAIR.


After induction and settling on the job, you have the opportunity to grow into a number of functional topics beyond the typical assistant scope as described beyond.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Managing agenda and mail: prioritizing, collecting information for decision making for the manager / team when appropriate; administrative tasks for manager / team
  • Defining and anticipating needs when possible; organizing / planning meetings; aligning with other assistants (stakeholders, functions); managing MoM (e.g. follow up communication, actions), keeping distribution lists updated
  • Support in organization of major events, weblives; handling relevant logistics for the team (office supplies, travel management)
  • Taking in charge the cascade of internal and external information in the team; contributing to positive working relationships and acting as facilitator within the team and with stakeholders
  • Handling office administrative duties (phone, meeting/event admin, HR requirements, expenses, business travel planning )
  • Being the focal point for IT and facility management

Your boarding pass

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office clerk or industrial clerk or comparable
  • You have several years of professional experience as a secretary or assistant, ideally in a larger company
  • You are quick to learn new IT tools and ideally already have strong skills in using G Suite
  • You are a team player who enjoys working in an international, multicultural and diverse environment
  • You have a very structured, adaptable and pragmatic way of working, combined with a confident manner and a quick comprehension of the issues
  • Stakeholder management and networking are as much part of your DNA as communication and assertiveness skills
  • You speak English & German on negotiation level; French, Danish or other language skills would be a plus
