As University student you will have a unique opportunity to work alongside team of professional buyers responsible for procuring materials for projects for our European plants.

In addition, you will have opportunity to participate in various projects and activities.

Depending on your abilities to learn new things your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Daily communication with buyers, suppliers and other business stakeholders
  • Download various reports from ERP system based on buyers' requirements
  • Creating, revising and editing various excel reports
  • Participate in group meetings and follow up on assigned tasks
  • Supporting smooth payments with cross departments: price discrepancies, invoicing and delivery issues etc.
  • Implementation and updates of prices, vendor data, tracking changes etc
  • Administrative support and general office duties Adhoc research and work in PowerPoint may also be required
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience

  • University student preferably in an Economic, Management, Trade field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills required to perform the above tasks
  • Oral and written communication in English is imperative
  • Responsible, selforganized and detailoriented person
  • Can do attitude with proactive personality
  • Strong team player
