Group Lead Launch Systems Engineering (M/F/d)

Your Tasks

Lead a small engineering team to design develop the RFA One launch site
Oversee the process of the launch site design, from initial requirements to implementation and commissioning
Be responsible for the overall system architecture for the launch site
Create design documentation and reports
Complete process engineering computations and deliver behavior and performances of the processes
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders ensuring requirements are communicated and met
Be involved in construction oversight and the commissioning processes

Your Qualificatons

Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace Engineering or similar study, with a focus systems development and design
5+ years practical engineering design experience
Demonstrated leadership experience
Demonstrated knowledge of engineering principles (thermodynamics, structural analysis, fluid mechanics)
Experience in chemical process plants or cryogenic systems is preferred
Experience with HAZOP and Safety in Design is a plus
Able to communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary and multicultural team
Fluent in written and spoken English
