Ensure Temple Ordinances Integrity

  • Provide a welcoming environment at the temple for an enriching experience for patrons.
  • Maintain temples to meet established standards by the First Presidency.

Responsible for temple clothing and linen supplies for patrons, workers, and employees, ensuring cleanliness and inventory.

Responsibilities Breakdown:

  • 5% - Manage staff of employees and Church Service workers, aiding in recruitment and recommendations.
  • 10% - Oversee training of new workers, ensuring proper guidance and monitoring interactions.
  • 15% - Provide efficient service to patrons needing temple clothing through supervision of workers.
  • 20% - Supervise staff to maintain discipline and high morale, evaluate performance, and manage resources.
  • 5% - Manage inventory of rental clothing and supplies, initiating replenishment when necessary.
  • 10% - Ensure rental clothing is well-maintained and uphold quality standards among workers.
  • 15% - Ensure financial sustainability of linen/laundry operations through careful management of resources and supervision of cash handling.
  • 5% - Maintain the appearance of the patron's service area to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • Two (2) years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles and inventory control.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic financial knowledge.
  • Must be physically capable of demanding work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills.
