Industrial Assembly Solutions is a Division within Atlas Copco's Industrial Technique business area.

We offer multiple joining technologies from a single source and are a competence partner in innovative joining for automotive and general industries worldwide.

Our adhesive dispensing, self-pierce riveting, flow drill fastening, and visual systems are marketed under the product brands SCA, Henrob, K-Flow and Scheugenpflug.

The Division is headquartered in Bretten, Germany with manufacturing in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany and China.

We are now looking for an
Assistant Division Controller (M/F/d).


Mission


Your mission is to support the Division with analysis of the ongoing business, month-end reporting and various projects with focus on digitalization.

In this role, you will directly report to the Vice President, Business Control IAS Division.


Main Responsibilities

  • Proactively taking part of the reporting, consolidation and followup of the Division at month end.
  • Analyse the consolidated gross profit reporting including safeguarding the internal profit calculation to secure a correct market contribution calculation to the Customer Centers.
  • Proactively making performance and adhoc analyses at different levels of the Division like PPM Visualizer, Sales Visualizer and Profit Visualizer, standard scorecards, etc.
  • Actively drive the buildup of an analyse support structure related to monthly reporting.
  • Actively drive business plan and prepare the consolidation in Division.
  • Actively drive the development of sales analysis models based on information from ERP or local database.
  • Participate in GPSNG or business intelligence projects to secure own Divisional requirements are taken care of.
  • Become a power user in the GPS NG reporting system and in other business intelligence systems that supports the Division and the Business Area.
  • Support to our local Customer Centers and Product Companies worldwide in the area of financial reporting.
  • Support the Division with follow up of local forecast, targets and performance.
  • Secure and follow up on Atlas Copco standards including TP Alignment.
  • Build up a strong network internationally to Product Companies, Application Centers and Customer Centers.
  • Collaborate with HR to prepare and calculate annual VC payments.
  • Ad hoc projects or analysis according to business requirements.

Experience requirements
You have good analytical capability and a strong concern for quality and accuracy. You have good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in teams. You have excellent Excel skills, GPS experience, good Accounting skills and preferably experience with ERP systems. Being familiar with Group accounting principles and IFRS is an advantage.
