You support our team as

Administrator Operational Quality Management (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

Support in the definition and improvement of quality-related processes and associated documentation

Supporting the introduction and implementation of quality processes in the relevant international manufacturing units

Support in the compliance and implementation of customer requirements

Support of manufacturing and assembly units in root cause analysis and introduction of corrective actions in case of internal and external complaints

Support and participation in customer, supplier and certification audits

Introduction and testing of new quality methods and tools (e.g. inspection dynamization, FMEA, SixSigma)

Independent planning, execution of internal improvement and optimization projects for quality procedures and quality-related processes

Execution of internal and external trainings in German and English language

Qualifications:

Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung wie z.
B. Maschinenbautechniker m/w/d

Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP-PP und -QM

Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse

Sehr gute Englisch;
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Word und Schrift

Fundierte Kenntnisse in Methoden der Qualitätssicherung, Qualitätsplanung und statistischen Qualitätstechnik

Fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement

Fundierte Kenntnisse qualitätsrelevanter Normen und Vorschriften

gutes technisches Verständnis von Konstruktionszeichnungen und Stücklisten

Gute Kenntnisse von fertigungsrelevanten Prüf
- und Testverfahren

Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Integratives Denken und Handeln

Sicheres Auftreten intern und extern

Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit

Bereitschaft für Reisetätigkeit
