In you daily job you will accompany our business during their S/4HANA implemantation. You will coordinate the roll-out activities and lead a team of SAP experts to support as efficiently as possible. It's your task to resolve cross-capability conflicts and escalate to the roll-out management if required. How You'll Make an Impact
- Leading the S/4HANA implementation within our Transformer Business in Grid Technology Products Execution Unit
- End-to-End responsibility for Process implementation in SAP ERP and ecosystem by collaborating with stakeholders to understand existing processes and aligning ERP implementation with business goals and objectives.
- Accountable for adaption of Factories' local requirements into global solution by ensuring executives understand the impact of the project, obtaining their commitment and visible support throughout the process in order to resolve conflicts or issues that require executive involvement What You Bring
- Master's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in project management and leading a team with several years of practical experience in agile teams and profound knowledge of the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) framework
- Working experience with SAP implementation projects as team member in multi-cultural cross-functional teams. Proven ability to implement solutions in SAP or interface tool. Data management, related analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Profound working experience in process management, design, and implementation of processes in the context of SAP implementation projects. Experience in project business and/ or engineer-to-order business scenarios is a pre-condition.
- Process and configuration knowledge of one or multiple SAP modules, preferably with focus on project business and/ or Engineer-to-order business scenarios.
- Proficient communication skills in English are required as well as the willingness to travel internationally.
- Familiar with Siemens Energy processes when it comes to IT architecture development
