To strengthen our IP Management team in Darmstadt, we are looking for you as a

Werkstudent/Working Student for the IP Department (m/w/d)

As a Werkstudent/Working Student for the IP department you will have tasks involving the maintenance and creation of patents and trademarks.

The main tasks include

Monitoring of time limits and deadlines
Processing of incoming and outgoing mail (from DPMA, EPO, WIPO etc.) as well as from domestic and foreign representatives
Conducting patent and Trademark searches
International monitoring of trademark infringements and enforcement of trademark rights

The personal requirements

Enrolled student at a regional university
You are studying law and intend to develop in the IP direction.
You are studying in a technical filed and have a healthy understanding of software.
Curiosity in the field of IP specifically Trademarks and Patents
Very good knowledge of English, German is a Plus
