As Forte Digital Germanys (Senior) Scrum Master you will lead the agile team and product development, advise our clients, and guide your team to deliver excellent digital solutions in time and quality.
You should be based in Berlin to join our Forte Team in Germany.
Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the Setup, Implementation, and Onboarding of teams within Scrum and Agile Frameworks
- Coach and mentor teams to work effectively within Scrum principles, encouraging selforganization and collaboration
- Design and conduct engaging Workshop sessions to promote continuous improvement and team learning
- Oversee scrum artifacts and scrum events, ensuring they are wellmanaged and contribute to project success
- Utilize and adapt expertise in Scrum Master tools such as team performance reporting to monitor and optimize team performance, Burndown Chart, Velocity planning and impediment backlog issues
- Plan and forecast team capacity for both weekly and longterm initiatives, ensuring optimal resource allocation
- Proactively identify and manage Risks within the team and the product to minimize potential roadblocks and delays
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire colleagues and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
- Leadership skills and experience working in highperforming and fastpaced environments
- Excellency in facilitation, organization, communication, problem solving, time management, transparency and inspecting & adaptable processes
- Technical skills or know how of building endtoend digital platforms and services
- High level experience working with Confluence, Jira & Jira Service Desk, or Azure DevOps, Monday
Education and Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Nice to have: You gained a certificate as Scrum Master, in Agile Methods or related additional trainings
