Are you a highly experienced and motivated professional with a passion for customer service? We are looking for a Team Lead to join our Customer Service Hub, overseeing a team of 5-7 professionals and ensuring customer satisfaction across our range of products, solutions, and services.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage the Customer Service Hub for the DS EMEA region, specifically Germany and Italy, ensuring team members work in alignment with the mission, tools, and processes.
  • Coordinate with incountry managers and staff working in other legal entities.
  • Define, monitor, and evaluate performance targets and KPIs for all team members, in alignment with Country Heads.
  • Contribute to defining and monitoring spending targets for the Hub, including operational and nonoperational expenses, and coordinate with superior(s) and/or Country Heads for planning and execution.
  • Support the definition and rollout of IT tools used by the Hub, in coordination with colleagues in Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, and IT.
  • Serve and manage a select group of preassigned customers, handling various customer service tasks such as:
  • Order management (account receivables, delivery dates, consignment stocks, credit notes/commercial returns, blocked orders resolution)
  • Pricing (price maintenance in SAP, transfer prices, spreadsheets)
  • Customer management (new customers, customer material numbers, maintenance of customer data)
  • Financial management (credit limit, deductions, advance payment, open invoices)
  • Reporting and escalating issues when necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus an advanced degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Services or accounts receivables processes.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in salesrelated processes and tools, with a focus on transactional activities.
  • Minimum 5 years of general management experience.
  • International exposure and experience working with colleagues and customers abroad.
  • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Skills:


  • Indepth knowledge of customer and business requirements.
  • Strong business process acumen.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and advanced user skills in processspecific parts of standard Oracle ERP/CRM.
  • Excellent problemsolving, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.

Salary: 68,000.00€ - 74,000.00€ per year
