As a Guest Service Agent (Reception, Service, Kitchen and Bar) you are passionate about working in the hospitality industry.

  • Your smile represents our Premier Inn service promise.
  • You maintain a welcoming contact with our guests during checkin/checkout and make their stay a special experience.
  • You process enquiries, reservations and accounts.
  • You support your team in all areas, whether in service or at the bar.
  • You entertain our guests and provide small treats.

What defines you:


  • You are serviceoriented and have an engaging personality.
  • Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in the hotel industry.
  • You love to work in a team and can always be relied on.
  • You have a friendly charisma, are communicative and maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
  • You have knowledge of German and English (other foreign languages are a plus).
