What to expect:

As a Guest Service Agent (Reception, Service, Kitchen and Bar) you are passionate about working in the hospitality industry.

Your smile represents our Premier Inn service promise.
You maintain a welcoming contact with our guests during checkin/checkout and make their stay a special experience.
You process enquiries, reservations and accounts.
You support your team in all areas, whether in service or at the bar.
You entertain our guests and provide small treats.

What defines you:

You are serviceoriented and have an engaging personality.
Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in the hotel industry.
You love to work in a team and can always be relied on.
You have a friendly charisma, are communicative and maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
You have knowledge of German and English (other foreign languages are a plus).
