So, what is it an HRBP - Operations is doing on a daily bases, we,, let\'s have a dive right into it:

  • HR

Operations Management:

Oversee and streamline HR operational processes, including but not limited to onboarding, employee data management, benefits administration, HRS management, payroll coordination, compliance, and records maintenance.


  • Policy Development and Implementation: Collaborate with the HR team to create and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelated matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, performance management, and employee engagement.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Prepare and present reports to HR leadership and business stakeholders.

Project Management:
Lead or contribute to HR projects, such as process improvement initiatives, HR system implementations, and organizational change management.

Compliance: Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure HR policies and practices align with legal requirements and mitigate organizational risk.

  • Relationship Building: Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, including HR team members, department managers, and executives, to understand their needs and provide effective HR support

Profile:

Ok, all right, that was fine wasn\'t it? Now, that you can achieve a fullfilled and not too challenging environment, your personal background looks more or less like this:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree in HR or a relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations, HRIS management, and HR process improvement. Experience in a business partner capacity is highly desirable.
  • HR
Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, HRIS systems, and HR operational processes. Familiarity with HR metrics, data analysis, and reporting.

  • Language: English and German proficiency at least C1 level, with the ability to effectively communicate complex HR concepts to diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Another language is a plus.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret HR data, identify trends, and propose datadriven solutions.

  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing HR projects from initiation to completion, including project planning, stakeholder management, and resource allocation.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and integrity.
