About the Role

We seek an enthusiastic and energetic Social Media Brand Ambassador (f/m/d) based in Germany, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for social media.

As an integral part of our lean, fully remote organization with a flat structure, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our social media presence and amplifying our brand's voice.

What You'll Do

• Become the face of Jaumo on social media, engaging daily with our audience and creating captivating content across our various platforms, primarily Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Craft emotionally resonant, impactful, and goaldriven social media content, with a focus on captivating short video formats
• Embrace an oncamera persona, actively participating in video content creation
• Collaborate in developing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy
• Produce adaptable content tailored for our local social media managers in regions like Germany, Spain, and LATAM
• Optimize social media posts, partner with the Marketing team to analyze performance and growth metrics, and refine creative approaches accordingly
• Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, identifying and engaging with influencers and creators
• Actively contribute to the Marketing team, fostering Jaumo's growth and expansion
• Work in an agile manner alongside a motivated and innovative team of experts, including our two founders

What You Bring

• Proven expertise as a Social Media Brand Ambassador or a similar role
• Exceptional proficiency in TikTok and Instagram, encompassing filming, editing, and feature utilization
• Design, video editing, and social media copywriting expertise
• Indepth knowledge of current TikTok and Instagram trends and popular sounds
• Deep understanding of successful TikTok/Instagram content strategies
• Ability to craft compelling narratives and drive engagement through content
• Handson experience managing social media accounts on Instagram and TikTok
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
• Selfmotivation and adaptability to remote work with mínimal direction
