We're uniting over 6,500 global experts to build a scalable technology stack, including a software platform, unified electronic architecture and reliable connection to the automotive cloud.

Our CARIDIANS are developing vehicle functions such as driver assistance systems, a next-generation infotainment platform, power electronics and charging technology, and digital services in and around the vehicle.

Our software can already be found in Volkswagen ID. models and will soon power Audi and Porsche vehicles with the E3 1.2 platform in 2024.

YOUR TEAM:

We are building the leading tech stack across various domains that will enable automotive mobility that is safer, more sustainable and more comfortable for millions of customers globally.

We are working on one unified tech stack for best-in-class automated driving and parking as well as advanced driver assistance systems.

Developing our functions for the biggest vehicle fleet in the market we will make automotive mobility safer and create the new comfort of driving.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Lead our Sensors predevelopment team inside the ADAS Predevelopment
Develop new sensors / technologies together with our international partners and integrate them into new, groudbreaking sensor sets for autonomous driving
Ensure bestinclass hardware and software development
Lead our processes team inside the ADAS predevelopment to ensure fast, agile processes that match future requirements for complex autonomous driving systems

WHO YOU ARE:

Successfully completed studies in the field of electronics, automotive engineering, computer science, mathematics, business informatics or a related field
Experienced manager with proven leadership experience
Proficient knowhow in developing and delivering components in automotive industry
Open mindset grounded on curiosity, thrive, handson leadership and experience in transformation
Experiences in ADAS / AD Predevelopment teams
Proven knowledge and experiences in working with agile methods like SAFe
Fluent German and English language skills (both oral and written)
