What you will be doing:

With this exciting opportunity you will get a chance to:

  • test power electronics in close cooperation with the development team,
- be responsible for test plans, test specifications, test procedures and test operation,
- define, build up, commission and maintain the test setup and test environment,
- install and remove EuTs (equipment under test),
- carry out manual and automated test cases and test sequences,
- focus on acceptance and functional testing,
- verify the testing and measurement technics,
- support the troubleshooting and eliminate faults,
- analyse test data and create test reports,
- develop and implement new test processes and contribute to optimize the work-flow,
- secure innovative solutions by patents.


Who we're looking for

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • have an academic degree in power electronics, electrical or mechatronics engineering or technical training as a technician in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, aerospace or testing,
- demonstrate expertise in power Hardware in the Loop (HiL) testing, especially with a focus on inverters/converters and a good understanding of power electronics,
- exhibit experience with the handling of high-voltage equipment (DGUV Vorschrift 3 or DIN VDE ,
- showcase extensive proficiency in Matlab/Simulink, as well as expertise in measurement and testing technics, control and data acquisition systems (e.g. AVL Puma 2),
- possess strong command of software tools like Polarion, GitLab or similar tools,
- approach work with a goal-oriented, structured, and independent mindset, along with a high level of initiative, creativity, and dependability,
- m aintain proficiency in the English language, with German language skills considered a valuable asset.
