Story so far

Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017, our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we've hit some huge milestones along the way.

Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years.

And now, as the first customer deliveries of our INEOS Grenadier have begun, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

Your role:

The Project Management Officer will manage and support Quality projects by leading and/or creating transparency, countermeasures, timely and aligned escalation regarding to budget/costs, time and quality of the results based on targets and KPI's.

In addition he/she will plan and controle the Quality budget including support in timing and maturity reporting.


Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Support Director Quality to organize and maintain quality. Identify potential improvements and align with management how to conduct improvements.
  • Define, implement, maintain and improve quality KPI's. Setup and maintain a regular reporting process. Identify deviations and recommend countermeasures.
  • Collaborating within Quality and other departments to define, prioritize, and develop projects or support in developing projects which contributes to Quality and the wider Automotive business
  • Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
  • Planning and analysing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation with finance and business partners
  • Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives. Arrange and manage workshops in case of deviation.
  • Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
  • Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
  • Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
  • Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
  • Define, implement, maintain, and improve KPIs to control projects success or use existing project standards for new products.
  • Prepare presentations and align with the responsible individuals and business partners
  • Identify action points after collecting the information
  • Project progress controlling, collecting information and tracking, produce reports and analyse the data to provide recommendations on the next steps to drive the project and delivery towards plans
  • Track project timelines as well as aligned action lists and due dates by creating ontime transparency regarding to potential overdues. Arrange and manage workshops in case of deviation.
  • Conduct risk assessments and flagging risks evaluated by project team. In case of new identified risks make the team aware of it. Initiate workshops to develop appropriate countermeasures.
  • Controlling of the Quality and Project Budget and report to the Management.
  • Collate and analyse information for use by managers, ensuring that such information is relevant, accurate and provided to set deadlines, liaising with others as appropriate.
  • Act as a first point of contact for both internal and external people wishing to contact the Director Quality, ensuring queries are dealt effectively. Take initiative to identify and handle problems / issues that arise on behalf of the Director Quality. Escalation on time.
  • Produce documents (including presentations and spreadsheets), working from the 'bare bones' to produce a finished document to company / departmental standards.
  • Process financial / administrative information as required (e.g., PRs/POs raising, invoices, expense claims, budgets) checking and validating information for completeness and investigating errors / discrepancies.
  • Adhoc duties/projects as requested by the Director Quality.

What we are looking for:


  • Business Administration or technical undergraduate degree in automotive engineering, other engineering, or science to understand the wider picture
  • At least 2 to 5 years' experience ga
