Our client is a historic Italian brand and one of the most well-known global fashion houses. With a network in 120 countries, this brand is best known for its bright colours and culture - care for the environment, business and ethics.

MISSION

As a Payroll & HR Generalist your main responsibility is to timely prepare monthly payrolls, be an always available as a contact person for the employees. You will also be working closely with the HR Manager DACH and other colleagues.

RESPONSIBILITIES -

Preparing monthly payrolls:

Create and manage recording systems and ad hoc evaluations:

Proactively taking part in improvements initiatives:

Interacting with different department as well as supporting other HR Administrative activities

REQUIREMENTS

At least two years of professional experience in a similar role:

Passion for the industry:

-
Experience working with payrol systems such as Datev:

Fluent in German and good knowledge of English:

-
Good and up-to-date knowledge of German tax and social security law
