Join our team as Supervisor Moët & Chandon Bar at KaDeWe (m/w/d)

Your Mission:


Provide effective support to the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the concession, with a focus on maximizing sales and supporting the team.

Foster and maintain a balanced, professional, and approachable work environment that promotes teamwork and motivation. Ensure essential communication processes are in place to facilitate smooth operations. Take responsibility for achieving the highest standards and maintaining a strong emphasis on a customer-centric approach.


Main Responsibilities:


The Team:


  • Supervise and manage the service team, leading, influencing, and encouraging others with honesty and integrity.
  • Support the Store Manager in team recruitment, evaluation, motivation, and development.
  • Effectively coach, mentor, and support the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Foster open communication, fairness, and respect.
  • Ensure adherence to company systems, protocols, security measures, and standards.

The Clients:


  • Create a captivating atmosphere, delivering exceptional hospitality and food & beverage services.
  • Assist in developing a strong client network and maintaining an accurate client database.
  • Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Supervise clientelling activities, fostering client loyalty through personalized experiences.
  • Handle client complaints efficiently and gather feedback for brand improvement.

The Sales:


  • Be a Moët & Chandon Ambassador, delivering outstanding service aligned with brand values.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain clients to meet sales targets.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by aligning offerings with client needs.
  • Support the implementation of new brand concepts and promotions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, develop action plans for improvement.

The Operations:


  • Oversee beverage and food services to achieve desired results.
  • Manage daytoday operations, understanding team roles for effective execution.
  • Assist during highdemand periods.
  • Support the Store Manager in enhancing knowledge and executing brand and operational standards.
  • Contribute to implementing policies and procedures.
  • Control inventory and costs, ensure compliance.
  • Support staff planning and maintain stock organization.
  • Manage cash and payment systems according to store policies.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and sanitation practices.

Profile:


Professional experience & know how:


  • Proven experience in luxury lifestyle hospitality (Bar/Lounge/Restaurant) or in a beverage nightlife service environment.
  • Knows the highend food and beverage business and principles and applies this knowledge to successfully balance all aspects of the business to deliver the required business results.
  • Understands the importance and impact of their job in the overall guest experience
  • Loves to meet new people with a client centric mindset and the ability to lead by example and inspire a team
  • Leadership skills and ability to establish trust relationships at all levels in the business
  • Understands the luxury environment as well as the competition and business opportunities
  • Demonstrates high operational standards
  • High level of presentation, communication with strong interpersonal skills (written and oral).
  • Technical and logical approach to solve problems, proactive and highly organized
  • Flexible mindset and ability to work independently, but also collaboratively with cross functional teams.

  • Able to meet the demands of a busy bar/concession with high energy levels and a determination to achieve a strong sales record.
  • Experienced in handling all methods payment procedures (cash/credit/debit).
  • Great communicator and proud team player while having fun doing their job.

Languages

  • German and English written and spoken
  • Any other language is a plus
