About the job

In your new role you will:

Contribute to the standardization & optimization of project management working methods
Support the management of a large portfolio of international projects
Provide guidance to business users in the use of newly introduced digital tools or products using fitforpurpose channels and methods
Contribute to strategic projects within and across business units
Research & consolidate qualitative and quantitative information to derive critical insights and formulate actionable recommendations
Visualize concepts and insights for communication to business leaders
Prepare materials and formats for communications & dialogue with the wider organization

Profile:

You will be successful if you:

Are enthusiastic about renewable energies
Are available to work at your preferred location for 23 days a week
Have excellent command of English, both written and spoken, Dutch or German skills are a plus
Thrive in an international hybrid work environment, working independently & collaboratively
Have entrepreneurial drive with a systematic and detail oriented working style
Bring initial experience in process & information management and Sharepoint
Combine strategic and analytical thinking with project management and communication skills
Feel comfortable and competent with analyzing large amounts of information to derive insights, test hypotheses and formulate recommendations for developing products and services

Start date: as soon as possible
Working hours for Working students: Variable 24 days/week, maximum 20 hours/week (40 hours/week during semester breaks)
Duration Working student: At least 12 months
Working hours mandatory internship: 40 hours/week
Duration mandatory internship: 6 months
