Working Student or Mandatory Internship -Marine Engineering

Your profile:

You are a matriculated student, studying marine engineering, naval architecture, or a related field
Knowledge of relevant design of marine structures is a plus.
You are fluent (or native) in English AND French. German, Arabic or other languages is desirable.
Strong interest in offshore wind energy systems and associated marine infrastructure.
You have analytical thinking and problemsolving capability.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
You are curious, flexible, act responsibly as well as with a high degree of reliability. CAD and/or GIS skills are highly appreciated.

Your tasks are:

Collaborating with the team to assess potential offshore sites considering marine engineering aspects.
Assessing navigation, seabed, and environmental factors of offshore infrastructure.
Supporting in investigations regarding port facilities in terms of vessel access, loading and storage infrastructure
Supporting in designing marine structures, such as offshore platforms, support structures, and subsea foundations.
