Role Overview:

Canto is looking for a talented
Technical Writer/ Documentation Specialist to be a part of our product support team.

In this role you will work closely across the business to create meaningful and exciting content for our customers in
German and English.



Role Responsibilities - What you will be doing

  • Main contact for our customerfacing knowledge base (Help Center).
  • Create new and update existing Help Center articles in German and English.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing to create release notes for our DAM solution.
  • Create inapp notifications for new releases and scheduled maintenances.
  • As active member of the Support department, collaborate with other team members and analyze incoming customer tickets to create or update Help Center articles accordingly.
  • Analyze user traffic to optimize the structure and content of our Help Center.
  • Support other departments (Implementation, Solution Engineering, Engineering) by creating guides, onepagers, or by maintaining our API documentation.
  • Follow corporate identity guidelines provided by Marketing.

You are perfect for this role if you have:


  • Fluent in German and English with excellent written skills in both languages.
  • 2+ years experience in a Technical Documentation or Writing role
  • Advanced knowledge of Hardware or Software
  • Advanced knowledge of Cloud, SaaS, CDN, API, and other Internet technologies.
  • Excellent Documentation Skills
  • Independent worker & Team Player.
