As an addition to our Mannheim facility, we are searching for a

Head of Apprentice (M/F/d)

Main tasks

Develop and implement curricula that meet both current industry standards and the needs of our apprentices.
Ensure highquality training through regular reviews and adjustments of the curriculum and teaching methods.
Provide personal guidance and support to apprentices throughout their training to overcome learning barriers and promote personal development.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of the training program.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and selfimprovement among apprentices.
Monitor and evaluate apprentice performance through regular tests, projects, and practical assignments.
Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and other educational events.
Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and standards regarding vocational training.

Your Skills and Knowledge:

Completed master craftsman training in a relevant industrial field (electrical, metal or machining technology, mechatronics, education) or comparable qualifications.
Several years of professional experience in training or in a similar environment.
Leadership skills and team spirit.
Enthusiasm for working with young people and the ability to impart knowledge in a clear and motivating way.
Innovative thinking and a willingness to continuously improve existing training concepts.
Fluent German language skills.
