RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for support in global purchasing for order processing on a temporary basis for 24 months as part of a parental leave replacement.


  • You are the first contact person to our suppliers, service providers and our internal customers.
  • Furthermore, you create tenders and inquiries.
  • You will take over the procurement in line with deadlines and requirements in our own merchandise management system within the framework of the applicable purchasing guideline.
  • You will also conduct price, framework and contract negotiations with our international suppliers and handle complaints.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating delivery dates with suppliers and monitoring them.
  • Last but not least, you will ensure the continuous optimization of procurement processes and the standardization of procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Business administration degree or commercial training with relevant professional experience
- business fluent knowledge of English

  • Experience in using Microsoft Excel, Power Point and (preferably) Access and ERP software
  • Negotiation skills round off your profile
