Bachelor thesis student (f/m/d) Product Development
DEU-Heidenheim

Your area of responsibility:

Sensors and passive wound dressings

Literature research and overview of the current sensors used for wound/tissue management
Research for possibilities of different sensors usable for medical wound dressings
Research for parameters needed for monitoring of wound status
Develop an idea/prototype of smart wound dressing with implemented sensors
Propose and plan additional studies showing the mode of action
Present the enlarged data set and the general procedure in an R&D meeting

What we look for:

Enrolled in a study program for medical technology or electrical engineering or similar
Experience in medicine technologies/electronic
Good communication and team skills
Confidence with regard to working in an international context
Fluent in German, English is an advantage
