How will you help shape the future with us?

  • In your new role as the Associate Solution Partner EMEA for Energy and Utilities, you are responsible to develop, implement and drive the sales strategy for Energy and Utilities customers by leveraging our Siemens Advanta portfolio and offerings
  • You identify C-Level and below decisionmakers, build strong strategic relationships, become a trusted and valued partner and advisor to the client's CXOs and key stakeholders
  • Furthermore, you establish a pipeline and lead sales pursuit teams to engage clients and win strategic deals, driving closure of sales including negotiations for Advanta projects in Energy, Utilities across EMEA
  • Your approach includes nurturing leads by assessing the opportunity, communicating the value propositions to the customer and following up in a timely manner
  • You adeptly manage the sales process, covering forecasting, qualification, account strategy, planning cost estimation, solution proposal development, and negotiations. Your work is bolstered by the support of an offer department/solution design team and project management office
  • Additionally, you orchestrate specific value propositions towards our customers while taking Advanta's and partner capabilities into consideration as well as the required valueselling approach and competitor differentiation
  • In collaboration with other Siemens Business Units/Siemens Operating Companies/EMEA Countries, you support the development and implementation of new services and solutions for a winning IoT offering
  • As a leader of the Digital Utilities vertical, you will be responsible for 23 key regions in EMEA
  • You foster coordination in the regional organization and act as role model for Siemens Advanta values: Dare to Dream, Love our Customers, Team Wins, Enjoy the Ride

Use your skills to move the world forward.

  • In terms of education, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, power systems, or a comparable field is essential
  • You possess proven experience in consulting, service and/or solutions focused professional services, system integration environment with a distinct energy focus; This encompasses collaboration with distribution
- and transmission system operators, water utilities and potentially power generation companies

  • Your existing customer relationships and networks within the Energy & Utilities businesses are a valuable asset
  • Your domain knowhow covers assets, systems and processes in energy or water utilities and the power industry to ensure industryspecific proposal and use case development
  • You have a clear understanding of the technology stack including IoT architecture, edge devices, sensors, hardware, security, IT, OT and AI, especially in the energy domain. You also possess experiences in cloud environments
  • You demonstrate a solid grasp of the customer journey, anticipating the implications of digital transformation for our clients. You are proactive in collaboratively crafting solutions alongside ecosystem partners
  • Your ability to present at Clevel or board level and build informal professional networks and relationships across all seniority levels is a remarkable value
  • Your entrepreneurial spirit and drive enables you to build something new under uncertainty
  • You are fluent in English, German, and Arabic. French, Spanish or other languages are a plus
