The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE.

Our focus is continually championing and optimizing TikTok LIVE by working with creators to ensure a creative, fun, and safe space for all of our users.

In this role you will build a world-class team and set the vision and strategy for bringing additional higher-quality content onto TikTok LIVE.

You will run a sales team responsible for recruiting agencies into our management portfolio.

In addition, you'll run an account management team responsible for growing our current creator's revenue and content on the platform.

You will establish our value proposition and work with product, operations, PR/Comms, marketing, programming, and policy teams on ways we can support, innovate and effectively grow our content ecosystem.


Responsibilities:


  • Leadership through mentorship and datadriven decisionmaking; developing your team to flawlessly execute to hit projectbased and longterm company targets. Foster a culture of metricsdriven success.
  • Ensure agency and agency creators' needs are met to create positive, longterm relationships.
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to answer highpriority strategic questions and contribute to a culture of learning and sharing by regularly reporting performance results, learning and new approaches for partner acquisition and management
  • Leverage data & insights to inform strategy, development and monetization across multiple formats and agency groups.
  • Create impact by identifying trends, brainstorming inspirational ideas, and engaging with partners to match their strengths with our unique needs.
  • Promote a culture of creativity that supports and enables creators, publishers and artists and enables them to pursue their creative freedom.

Qualifications:


  • More than 5 years of experience in the livestreaming industry or content creation industry. Key account sales management experience or channel sales management experience is also acceptable.
  • Rich experience in team management, building teams and setting assessment indicators. Experience working in multinational company management and experience in multinational team management is a plus.
  • Experience in content channel partner building or agency partner building. Understand how to open up channel networks for new markets, how to select channel partners, and how to manage partners.
  • Strong analytic skills, proficient in financial report analysis, familiar with financial budgets and have a deep understanding of financial indicators.
  • A history of repeatedly hitting commercial targets
  • Logical and datadriven problem solver who can down complex issues into their component parts
  • Project management skills that enable you to drive crossfunctional projects from idea to complete
  • Prior experience in community building with deep understanding of social and online platforms
  • Fluent in the Italian Language is a plus for the role
