We are searching for an Customer Solutions Architect (CSA)


Codesphere is a tech start-up that provides a PaaS solution to revolutionize the software development and cloud-hosting process, while combining the creation and management of the software code with the automation of all operational processes and infrastructure.

We have an office in Karlsruhe and support a remote workstyle although it is required to travel to our customers for seminars or technical installations.

We are looking for an employee for the IT-Operations team as soon as possible.

Your tasks and area of responsibility:


  • Communication: You will be the main point of contact for our largest enterprise customers, utilizing your active, confident, and friendly communication style to make sure they have a smooth on-boarding experience.

Teaching: Act as a consultant to our customers, identify their current challenges and help them to understand how Codesphere can support them working better in the future.

Technical implementation: Integrate Codesphere into divers customer IT-Landscapes, independently eliminating roadblocks where necessary.

Team Collaboration: Be an integral part of a motivated and ambitious team, sharing learnings from customer interactions with Product manager, Sales, Marketing and UX/UI-team as well as answering technical questions to the sales team


Our requirements:


  • Fluent in German. Good English write & speech
- ~2 years of experience at PHP & Typescript (personal, educational, work
- experience)

  • Used at least 2 different Web-Frameworks to develop production grade Web-Applications (For example: laravel, magento, ruby on rails, express, pimcore, wordpress)
  • Fundamental understands DevOps-Principles: Understands the benefit of Codesphere and can describe its relation to other Developer-Tools. Knows the DevOps-Principles and can sees how they are realized in Codesphere
  • Fundamental understanding of configuring Kubernetes
  • Used CI-System before (Jenkins or similar)
