What we are looking for:

To help us on our mission, we are looking for a talented and highly ambitious Technical Systems Support Specialist. In this role you will,

  • Partner with our internal customers (customer facing teams) to effectively resolve technical issues through different communication channels
  • Develop best practices for recurring problems, together with your team
  • Collaborate within and outside of your team to support broader business objectives
  • Advise the internal user about our tools taking into account their business requirements
  • Customercentric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and solutions
  • Authorization management, implementation of use cases and system adjustments with the dedicated departments

Basic Qualifications:

- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

  • First work experience in a customer contactcentred area
  • You work independently and communicate effectively and proactively with your team
  • Confident personality with good technical comprehension and a passion for learning and growth
  • Ability to see things from the user perspective
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, German is a plus
  • Critical thinking and problemsolving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Proactive approach, eye level communication & flexibility
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to nontechnical users

Preferred Skills and Experience:


  • Experience in administration of any CRM or ERP system
  • Understanding of technical topics, such as: interfaces, distributed systems, networks, protocols etc.
  • Interest in administration of NetSuite
